Thomas explains how the Coming Home Coalition was founded to provide inmates with training and skill sets in prison to help them get a job before they're released, reducing the pressure on them to find a job and transition into society, and also how the coalition is about changing stigma and changing America's mind about the judicial system and helping people in need.
