Today I am talking to Curtis Cox. Curtis was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law. Curtis has been a lawyer for 23 years. He has been a public defender for 7 years, and a prosecutor for 13 years.
We will be discussing how the criminal justice system is designed to work, and should work, and how and why prosecutorial misconduct happens, which sabotages the proper functioning of the system.
