At 3 years old, Sophie knew pretty much all the flags in the world. Her parents had bought her a little book where the flags were stickers, and she had to place them on the maps. She believes that since then she's had the travel bug. Sophie loves building and launching things, and so she spends most days working at Oatbox - a company that makes and sells oat-based food products such as oat milk, granola, oatmeal, bars and overnight oats.
