In life your journey can be one in which many different twists and turns can lead to some great and some really poor circumstances. We get into the life and times of a Pittsburgh suburban judge who is heading into her 30th year as a public servant. Judge Cheryl Yakopec has been a public defender and understands just exactly how difficult life can be for so many. She talks about how she uses her position as a judge and the impact it has had on so many people throughout the years. She shares with us how she stays active in the community and yet is able to manifest the most out of her position. Family is always #1 to Judge Yakopec but she considers the AK Valley to be her extended family and works her hardest to care for those in the valley with a fair and realistic sense of what each individual needs.
