No Runs or More Runs - NRFI/YRFI Update

@KotaCapperKyle (new school, fun) vs. @ActionJunkie1 (old school, boring)

Action comment: Last year, we took away the timeless nature of baseball by adding a pitch clock that changed the very fabric of baseball. This year, I wave the white flag and accept the challenge to bet on 6 outs of baseball. Crazy!

@ActionJunkie1's Opening Day Plays (dropped on the podcast last night)

NRFI/No Run First Inning

Tigers @ White Sox (-130)
Both pitchers had an excellent spring with ERAs of 2.57 & 2.13. Teams ranked 27th and 29th in scoring last year.

Cardinals @ Dodgers (-105)
Both pitchers had an excellent spring with ERAs of 2.14 & 0.90. Glasnow is great. Mikolas might have his 2022 stuff back.

Guardians @ Athletics (-140)
Both teams are projected in the B5 for runs per game, Coliseum is a T5 pitcher friendly park, Shane Bieber had a great spring and is really good. I'm hoping Alex Wood delivers in his A's debut.

YRFI/Yes Run First Inning

Yankees @ Astros (-120)
Both Framber Valdez & Nestor Cortes had a 7.71 ERA and 1.93 WHIP this spring. Same numbers, different number of innings pitched. Numbers like that with a couple T5 lineups, let's hit the board in the 1st.
