Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, both parents were jazz musicians, so it wasn’t a complete surprise that I ended up singing Jazz as well. It eventually led me to sing “the American Songbook” across Asia for six years. Looking a new adventure, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee, hoping for a songwriting career, only to discover a new calling in the world of podcasting. This passion led to the creation of my own business, Mouthy Broad Media, a comprehensive production house dedicated to assisting podcasters with everything from audio and video editing to creating show notes and promotional assets for social media. As a certified Podcast Consultant, I am committed to helping podcasters enhance their reach through strategies for more downloads, bigger email lists, increased consumption rates, and monetization. Currently, I’m laying the groundwork for my own show, "Podcast Help Desk," where I aim to share insights and support fellow podcasters in their journeys.

On November 1, 2016 I created The Startup Life Podcast, giving our audience the edge it needs in building their businesses and climbing the corporate ladder. I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing Marc Randolph (Co-Founder & First CEO of Netflix), Tom Golisano (Founder & Chairman of Paychex), and others.
I joined the Meadows Behavioral Healthcare family in 2021 as a podcast producer, editor, and host. Responsible for cultivating a diverse slate of guests ranging from mental health experts to addiction recovery professionals and beyond, he enjoys the challenge of meeting the audience's expectations. I host the long-running series Beyond Theory podcast that brings you in-depth conversations with firsthand insights from the people on the front lines of mental health and addiction recovery. On April 26th 2022, we launched the Recovery Replay, a first of its kind podcast journaling a personal story of recovery from 3 different perspectives.
On February 1st 2022, I launched the Black Is America podcast highlighting little-known African American figures and other stories.
I became a member of the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (November 2022)

As the founder of Success on Social, I empower coaches and service providers to elevate their visibility and establish authority in their niche by crafting a powerful Signature Style and sharing their real-life stories.
I honed my business, management, and leadership skills over the course of 18 years at Barnes & Noble College Bookstores. At the same time due to events in my personal life, I developed a deep understanding of the power of storytelling and the importance of individuality. These insights shaped the foundation of my approach.
Seven years ago, I launched my business to address a critical gap for small businesses in the DC area: they lacked the knowledge to leverage social media as a strategic tool. I helped them move beyond the superficial act of “doing social media” and introduced my SOCIALSTORY Content System, a method designed to align their stories with their business goals strategically.
In my early work with clients, I uncovered a crucial truth: social media success isn’t about following trends or fixating on metrics—it’s about being real. The wins came from embracing storytelling and being genuine. This realization led to the creation of my Signature Style Content System, a fully customizable framework that highlights each client's unique values, traits, and personalities.
The Signature Style Content System is your path to standing out, being seen, and getting booked.
