Chris and Jesse are joined by Kuma Roberts, Vice-President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce. She tells us about how she became a DEI expert, what she has learned in that time, what does DEI look like when it comes to businesses and the Chamber of Commerce, and how to learn from your own biases. Kuma is also the Executive Director of Mosiac. Mosiac will educate, lead and influence businesses on creative diverse and inclusvie workforce cultures to enhance their competitive advantage. Mosaic holds regular meeting on the third Tuesday of every month from 8:15-9:30 a.m. at Oklahomans for Equality, 621 E 4th St. (Currently on Zoom, check their Facebook page for more info.)
