Zac Sprackett
Chief Technology Officer
Zac Sprackett is the Chief Technology Officer at SugarCRM, a company known for its innovative customer relationship management solutions. In his role, Zac is responsible for advancing SugarCRM's technological capabilities and user experience. He’s focused on integrating cutting-edge technologies so that the platform does the work, delivering customer insights, growing the bottom line, and improving employee experience. He transitioned to the CTO role after serving as the Chief Product Officer, where he was instrumental in defining and executing the product vision and strategy.
With almost 30 years of experience in technology leadership, Zac has also held roles in engineering, product management, and sales. His expertise spans software development, cloud operations, product management, and technology strategy. His leadership has helped position SugarCRM as a leader in the CRM industry, ensuring that the platform evolves to meet the dynamic needs of businesses worldwide. Outside of work, Zac is a husband and parent to 5 adult children. He's an avid photographer and videographer and enjoys DJing.
