About 5 years ago, myself, Jayce Kadyshuck and Simon Ogden got together and started something called bartender bootcamp. It's an extension on the traditional educational put on by so many brands and combines a black box cocktail competition, judges training and educational. It's a great industry team building exercise, I will be posting a video shortly of how it rolls.
