Her Power Moms Story:

More than anything I have always wanted to be a mom. I think I knew I wanted to be a mom in my heart before I could put it into words.

After my first son was born it was alike having a puzzle piece slide into place. That isn’t to say that being a mother isn’t incredibly difficult and hard, in fact it is the hardest thing I have ever done. With each of my boys, another piece of me slid into place.

Thanks to being a Power Mom I have held expectations for myself and my life to a higher level. I have demanded more of my jobs, my marriage, and my goals. Thanks to my boys I have made extra hard decisions, upended our lives, and rebuilt our happy place. My boys have shown me strength and courage and celebrated my successes.

When you have a cheering committee that look up to you and love you unconditionally who you love unconditionally, you truly can feel powerful.

Her Bio:

Throughout her career, Tovah has been a serial helper. She is driven to help people set and reach goals, empowering them to chart their own paths to success.

In 2003, she graduated with a BA in psychology from Lehigh University and went on to achieve a JD from University of Connecticut School of Law in 2006.

It is Tovah’s rich personal and professional history that informs her ability to help others. She invested years into becoming a successful lawyer, but knew she could better serve others by being a legal research consultant, training and coaching teams of lawyers to reach their goals. Her evolution extended beyond the legal field and she became a health and wellness coach.

In 2018, she co-founded Lawyer Moms Action in response to the illegal separation of migrant children from their parents by the U.S. government. She is actively involved in her community through volunteering in the community organizations and in the schools.

In 2023, Tovah was diagnosed with breast cancer through her regular mammogram and encourages everyone to continue with their health screenings.

Tovah is a creator, changemaker, mom of three, and eternal optimist. Trying to live her best life in Normal Rockwell-esque town in northern New Jersey with her three boys. She is excited for what adventures the universe has in store, even the unexpected ones. As someone who loves her home and to travel, you never know if her next adventure will be in the form of a good book or a road trip.
