HUDDLE #1: with Austin Milke, Jeff Lenar, Clint Sovie, and Matt Nechak

REFLECTION MOMENT:  This group discusses their growth, flexing on NEW day to day challenges, sharing thoughts on other POA podcast guests and the impact of those words on them, and requesting future guests to share their stories based off interest.  We discuss the various costs and challenges associated with achieving success in different areas of life. The importance of mentorship and guidance in helping young people succeed, and the need for both preparation and confidence (without becoming complacent) in order to achieve success. We also touch on the idea that one’s goals and purpose can change over time, and how individuals can adapt to these changes in order to continue pursuing their passions and achieving success.
"Sometimes it’s everything you don’t want to do".  Sometimes it’s "sharing the suffering" together.  Sometimes the “disciplined pursuit of less”. Things that you typically notice that others don’t. MOST times, "having the opportunity to develop other people".

We close with discussing our “Flow, Wyrd, and Red Threads” from the book “Love + Work” by Marcus Buckingham.
