Why does pop culture care more about dragon slayers than solar installers?
Dragons don't exist, and if they did, one Stealth fighter would end the dragon war pretty quickly.
But solar people, we're changing the world today. We deserve to be on Netflix, on movie marquees, and in songs. That's why I created Probably True Solar Stories.
Solar shouldn't just be part of the scenery, it should be a main part of the plot. It's a huge multi-billion dollar business in the U.S. alone. People are switching careers, and homes, businesses, and utilities are benefitting from solar's savings.
We can do solar stories around contemporary topics, like climate change of course. But we can also have solar panel heist stories, and funny stories about the future of solar sales, not to mention genres like "the haunted house story." Or what about public domain characters like Winnie-the-Pooh going solar?
Don't get me wrong. I love a good dragon story, but there's definitely a lot of fun story potential for solar too.
