TLC's Lisa Left Eye Lopes brought the adolescent Rap duo Illegal to Dallas Austin. He signed the group to his Rowdy Records and put Jamal and Malik in the studio with legends. However, things started to go wrong with Illegal when the guys stayed in California and started rolling with Suge Knight's Death Row Records. Dallas details flying to L.A. to meet with Suge and attempt to retrieve the guys after a half-million dollar investment from Clive Davis and Arista.
