At the 17th Grammy Awards, Millie Jackson and Aretha Franklin competed in the "Best R&B Vocal Performance, Female" category. Aretha's "Ain't Nothing Like The Real Thing" took the win on that night in March 1975, while Millie's "If Loving You Is Wrong, I Don't Want To Be Right" did not. Nearly 50 years later, Millie tells Questlove Supreme why the category, and Aretha's win is a frustrating subject. Having been artists at the same talent agency, Millie also recalls confronting Aretha over something else entirely. This QLS episode with Millie and her daughter, singer Keisha Jackson, was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia.
