In this episode Alan sits down with Chicago investor and founder of "Quality Builders Inc.," Jonathan Klemm. If anyone knows a thing or two about renovations and property management, it's Jonathan. Out of college he was a general contractor for 10 years then worked for a prop tech company that focused on rent collection. With all this knowledge, he started his own company that integrates contractors and property management.
Jonathan went from 0 properties to 28 in just 3 short years. He started out in a similar situation as Alan, he just didn't want to pay rent anymore so he bought a property and house hacked to cover his mortgage payment. Jonathan has done live-in flips, midterm rentals, buy and holds and he's only getting started. His company is growing like wild fire because he is solving the problems almost every real estate investor has run into.
