On today's episode, I talk to you about what can happen when you're willing to ask questions. Sometimes I am intimidated by a situation or another agent, or I think a question might be silly or stupid, so I don't want to ask it. What I've learned is that the worst they say is no.
In this episode, I share with you a story about the opportunities that can come in your business, and how you can help your clients, just by asking the right questions. In this story, I take you back a few months ago to a property I had under contract.
The clients had the inspection done, and we were going through the inspection report when we discovered that there was a major problem that the seller was under no obligation to fix. Tune in to find out what I did and what happened as a result.
My clients told me that I was willing to go the extra mile to try to help them, whether or not the answer was yes, and that meant so much to them.
So think about this in your business. Where are there opportunities where you can be advocating for your business, advocating for your clients, and maybe asking some tough questions?
The worst that can happen is they tell you no. I hope you can think about this in your business, and I hope this helps you create success.
