Embracing the Power of Small: Personalized Success in Business

In my recent interview on the Real Life Momz podcast, Bridgit Norris shared valuable insight into the world of business and coaching. The conversation shed light on the notion that success doesn't always require catering to a massive audience. Instead, programs with smaller groups allow for genuine connection and the ability to truly address the needs of individuals.

The Power of Small:

Often, we find ourselves searching for enormous endeavors that we believe we need to live up to and there is a common notion that success in business needs to be grand. However, Bridgit reminds us that a small, dedicated group of individuals who consistently show up can be more than enough. By focusing on these smaller groups, entrepreneurs and coaches can provide personalized attention and truly serve the unique needs of each participant.

Building Lasting Relationships:

Bridgit also shared her experience of running group-style programs where she limits the number of participants. Limiting the number of participants allows her to fully show up and serve those clients. Bridgit prioritizes fostering genuine connections and ensuring her clients' success. This conscious approach is often missing in today’s business, where quantity sometimes overshadows quality.

Pressure from The Online Space:

Messaging from the online space, often dictates that success is measured by having hundreds of paying clients and making a higher income. Bridgit believes in discovering your own path to success. She prioritizes staying true to yourself and advises against compromising one's values and serving style merely to conform to industry standards. Authenticity and personal alignment should always take precedence.
