Even though I had done my research into what makes a podcast “acceptable,” Skylar gave me ideas and reminder of what I absolutely look for in other podcasts. You can obviously study the “successful” podcasts and replicate their cadence, ideas, form, though when you’re actually taking, you forget what you don’t practice. Skylar is the best example I've seen of someone who not only believes in, but actually providing value without expectation for himself. if you've read the book Go-giver, he has embodied the principles and it shows.
