Bonnie Rumilly, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive expertise in treating adults, adolescents, children, and first responders. She has a profound background in trauma therapy, notably providing critical support in Newtown following the Sandy Hook School shootings. As an EMDR therapist, Bonnie employs evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing from trauma.

Currently serving as the Clinical Director of the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team, Inc., Bonnie is dedicated to addressing PTSD and trauma among first responders. Her commitment to this field is further demonstrated by her 21-year tenure as an Emergency Medical Technician and her past role as the Chief of her EMS agency.

Bonnie extends her support to the first responder community by co-hosting the "Responder Resilience" podcast and co-leading a weekly peer support group alongside Dr. Stacy Raymond. Her multifaceted experience underscores her dedication to fostering resilience and recovery among those who serve on the front lines.

With nearly 25 years of private practice experience, Dr. Stacy Raymond brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She previously served at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) for Women in Danbury, CT, where she honed her skills in a challenging environment.

Dr. Raymond is deeply committed to serving First Responders and Military Veterans, dedicating half of her practice hours to these courageous individuals. As the daughter of a retired police officer and US Marine, she has a personal connection to and profound respect for the unique challenges faced by these communities.

Her professional affiliations and certifications are extensive. Dr. Raymond is a member of the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team Inc. She is an approved clinician for the Fraternal Order of Police, IAFF, and has specialized training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD). Additionally, she is a presenter with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and EMS/FIRE PRO, further underscoring her dedication to providing exceptional care to those who serve and protect.

In addition to hosting Responder Resilience, Stacy co-leads a weekly peer support group for first responders along with Bonnie Rumilly LCSW/EMT.

David Dachinger is a retired Fire Lieutenant and EMT with over 21 years of leadership in emergency services. As a fire officer, he excelled in roles such as Shift Commander and Incident Commander, while also contributing to department policy, fire/rescue training, and wellness initiatives. Beyond his firefighting career, David is the producer and host of the Responder Resilience Podcast and serves as a 22Zero peer coach, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of first responders.

A two-time Grammy Award® nominee, David's career in the music industry saw him collaborate with legendary artists like Roberta Flack, Usher, Celine Dion, and The Isley Brothers as a mixing engineer and producer.

David's journey as a stage IV cancer survivor since 2014 has fueled his passion for advocating firefighter wellness. His transformative experience with cancer led him to become a two-time international bestselling author, featured in "Cancer: From Tears to Triumph," and the co-author of the bestselling book "Live Calm With Cancer (...and Beyond)."
