Bonnie Rumilly, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive expertise in treating adults, adolescents, children, and first responders. She has a profound background in trauma therapy, notably providing critical support in Newtown following the Sandy Hook School shootings. As an EMDR therapist, Bonnie employs evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing from trauma.
Currently serving as the Clinical Director of the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team, Inc., Bonnie is dedicated to addressing PTSD and trauma among first responders. Her commitment to this field is further demonstrated by her 21-year tenure as an Emergency Medical Technician and her past role as the Chief of her EMS agency.
Bonnie extends her support to the first responder community by co-hosting the "Responder Resilience" podcast and co-leading a weekly peer support group alongside Dr. Stacy Raymond.
