Love this pod but…

I have been listening since day 1 and I truly get excited every time I get a new episode notification. HOWEVER - Mandii can tend to be a bit dismissive in the presentation of her point and consistent use of the phrase “Not only that” or “Not even that”. That feels like a shut down to the other person’s point who 9x out of 10 is guest. This episode specifically was a fave UNTIL the the Twitter conversation. Mandii we love that your creating businesses and truly becoming a girl boss! But again you were dismissive of the hardships and plight of the people who were actually laid off. Your inability to acknowledge felt a lil off
