The 70+70=140 Rule Explained
You can’t to it all yourself when building a business, so use the rule of 70+70=140.
I heard this concept on a podcast clip from Ryan Pineda stated by Codie Sanchez (whose name I unfortunately couldn’t recall during the show)
She laid out the idea that as an entrepreneur you may be able to perform a task better than anyone else, and produce it at 100%.
However, if you hire two people who have 70% of your capability/capacity, combined they can produce at 140% of your own ability.
This is how businesses scale, and how my guest for Episode 62, Glenn Fisher was able to build the largest (at the time) Shred-it franchise.
Glenn now is the managing partner of NavMD, a modern data analytics platform for insurance brokers.
