Should everyone feel passionate about wanting to be an entrepreneur?
Setting aside what Instagram gurus selling $5,000 courses want you to think, the real world answer is no.
And that is the point Ben Davis, an entrepreneur himself, wanted to make during episode 106 of Self-Funded with Spencer.
The founder of The Gents Place®, Ben realized after employing team members for over a decade, that the majority of people don't want the risk and unpredictability of building a business. And that's OK.
Many simply want to come to work for set hours, and then go home and pursue their own interests and spend time with family.
The moral being that the world works because some people are passionate entrepreneurs and most others feel happier being employed by them. This balance allows the broader economy to function.
