However, as Jon O'Toole shared on this week's Self-Funded with Spencer, one of the biggest areas for growth in virtual care is virtual primary care.
When most patients see their primary care doc, they actually spend most of their time getting base measurements/labs and spend very little time with the doctor. With virtual primary care, patients enter all of that info themselves and do at-home labs, and get access to a doctor for more time and with much less wait time.
