If you are acting in a scene and apply those 4 ideas, youβll almost always have a strong performance.
These 4 pillars also apply to #sales
And in my opinion, the likability factor is a skill that every salesperson should seek to develop.
It doesnβt mean you should be fake, but you should seek to amplify the parts of your own personality that other people gravitate to.
Things like honesty, positivity, empathy, friendliness, active listening, etc. All of those things are likable and will help your sales career.
