I loved this quote that Sean Turner cited on Episode 109 of the @SelfFunded with Spencer podcast.
Sean, the founder of @bufferinsurance in Texas, was referencing his decision last year to support his employees in growing their families by offering a financial contribution.
His announcement was made publicly in a social media post that went viral last year, and Sean found himself thrust into the spotlight.
For him, it came down to living out his values and seeking to do business with folks that share his values.
He decided that it was worth taking a stand, both intellectually and financially.
