Very helpful

I found Sherapy on a whim searching for extra help dealing with a toxic family member. My toxic in law has only been a part of my life for 7 years, but toxicity has shown up only since my father passed. I cannot BELIEVE how the toxicity affected me and how fast things changed whithin that year. I was shaken, VERY confused, and I literally thought I was going crazy. These sessions really helped validate my feelings and my intuition about what was REALLY going on. Forever grateful. Thank you!!!!
