Life Changing

I believe I have not understood the meaning of the two words “life changing”. Having someone validate private words and thoughts in your head is life changing. Just realizing you are not alone is such a relief. Your podcasts and books have been such a blessing to me. Completely life changing. Please keep doing what you’re doing ! Thank you.
