We've all had enough of thinking: "I feel like I'm never going to get better." "I feel like I'm never going to succeed in this". But what do we do about it? I'm sharing the solution you probably haven't tried yet.
In this episode, You will learn how to reframe your negative thoughts and improve your quality of life and confidence in your business...
When I've been at my darkest and lowest point, I thought there was no way out. I was done with all the pain and the challenges. But then I prayed and woke up and a few days later my prayers were answered. I met someone who brought more positivity and tools into my life, and I started to see the difference that a positive mindset can make. I'm not perfect, and I still struggle with negative thoughts still to this day, but I've learned that my weaknesses and failures are often a result of me not using my strengths. I've also learned that it's important to acknowledge the negative things in my life, but not to beat myself up about them. Instead, I try to focus on my strengths and how I can use them to grow.
In this episode, you will learn the following:
1. The science behind positive thinking and its impact on chronic illness
2. The concept of "toxic positivity" and how it can prevent healing
3. The importance of using one's strengths to navigate challenges in life and business.
