Salmon, Shrimp & Garlic Parmesan Asapargus

Sometimes the hardest part about eating healthy is having to cook your food. It doesn’t have to take long though. Here is a quick dish that can be thrown together in about five minutes, using one seasoning, and one pan.

It’s super easy. Grab yourself a pan, if you want even easier cleanup , Grab yourself a piece of foil and put all of your meal inside of it. Place your salmon, asparagus, and shrimp flat on the pan. Season both sides of each element with the @spanglishfoodsinc ALL PURPOSE ADOBO. (This blend of seasoning is flavorful enough that you really don’t need to add anything else. I right before serving added a sprinkle of crushed red pepper because I wanted a little heat)

dab a little bit of I can’t believe it’s not butter over the food. Pop into the oven at 350° four about 10 minutes. If you decide to add garlic and Parmesan cheese to your asparagus, I added this about seven minutes in and let it bake for the remainder of cook time.

If you’re nervous about whether or not your salmon and shrimp are cooked, just make sure they are a nice pink color.

Note: Remove Parmesan Cheese for super low carb goodness.
