The host gives detailed accounts of these horrific stories while always maintaining the dignity of the victims. She puts a lot of thought and consideration into the words she uses which shows she really cares about the awareness she brings to some very sensitive material.

These one star reviews presented based off of one episode that they may disagree with (the Darlie Routier relentless innocent camp comes to mind) is ridiculous especially since those people openly support a child murderer.
