Sonny graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Communications and a Master of Science Degree in Psychology, emphasizing Human Behavioral Theory, Interpersonal Communications Theory, Organizational Design, and Research Methods. He obtained his Texas Real Estate Sales License in 1971 and his Texas Real Estate Brokers License in 1988. He is an award-winning agent who has achieved great success in the real estate industry in the DFW area. Between 2004 and 2018, Sonny was in the top 4% of all real estate agents nationwide. Depending on the index used, Sonny was in the top 1% of all real estate agents in Texas for numerous years.
