Linda Fogg-Phillips' story is a compelling example of courage and resilience. Facing the collapse of a family business, the loss of her son Garrett and the death of her husband, Linda's life spiraled into despair. Yet, through the power of "Pearl Habits," she managed to transform her grief into gratitude and growth. During our conversation, Linda candidly discusses how she learned to live with grief and build a pathway to love, remembrance and celebration.

The Pearl Habits Method was created by BJ Fogg Ph.D. and developed by Linda Fogg-Phillips as a way to implement behavior change through small, easy steps. During our interview, you'll hear some of Linda's most successful Pearl Habits.  Pearl Habits are simple. There are two parts: the irritant and the pearl.

During my interview with Linda, listeners are offered a glimpse into the power of positive affirmations, the "Maui habit," and the importance of reframing challenges as adventures. 

Linda often wondered if a challenge would destroy her, or she could rise above it. During her tragedies, she says she felt a responsibility to be her best self for her family.   Linda always tells her children to ‘Be better, not bitter.’ Pearl Habits was her saving grace and has become part of her life.  Now Linda hopes to spread the word about Pearl Habits so others can learn this simple method and live a happier, healthier life.
