Stories That Inspire Us is Celebrating "Sweet 16"!!

I am overwhelmed but in such an amazing way!  I look at the first 16 Episodes of Stories That Inspire Us and I am humbled that my amazing guests allowed me to share their stories!

As some of you may know, the concept of “Stories”, my 3rd podcast, was started shortly after one of my many trips from Connecticut to Philadelphia, PA.  (Back in July of 2021, my son, Ryan Scott suffered a life-threatening injury and has had 8 hospitalizations within (11) months.  He is okay - I am truly blessed and grateful in so many ways!!!!!)  It was before I left Philly at a particular time that my son Ryan Scott said “Mom you have to continue to take care of yourself and do the things that you love to do and do your creative thing . . .”  (I don’t remember his exact words but it was something to that effect.)  I, of course, cried my eyes out and we hugged each other so tightly!

I was traveling over the George Washington Bridge and traffic was at a standstill.  Thank goodness I had satellite radio in my car!  I was in an area where I had hit all of the news channels and let’s face it, the news, well that’s another story!  I thought to myself, I just want to hear a story that inspires me!!!!!  It was at that moment that I thought back to what my son had said to me before I left Philly and I knew right then and there what my next mission would be!  Stories That Inspires Us was born!

So yes; of course I am celebrating “Sweet 16” and I know there will be many more celebrations to come because there are many Stories out there yet to be told and these are the “Stories That Inspire Us”!!!!!!!!!
