Stories That Inspire Us welcomed to today’s Podcast, Stormy King.    Stormy is “the” Destiny Creator.  She is a NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, Shaman Practitioner, Motivational Speaker, Author, and Spiritual Entrepreneur, with over 20 years experience.

Stormy is a multi-hyphenate mindset coach who rose from the ashes of a traumatic childhood.  She was born to a drug addict Mother and raised in 28 foster care homes by the age of 10.  Being a product of the foster care system, growing up she felt the yo yo effect and felt that the system did not provide enough support.

She realized at a young age that if she acted a certain way she would be moved when all she wanted was to be with her Mom and Dad.  There were times the foster care system would dangle the “carrot” to her Mom, Stormy would temporarily be back with her Mom and the cycle would continue.  This of course, did not provide a stable environment for Stormy and her younger brother.

No doubt Stormy has been a fighter and inspiration since youth. She was known as “the throw away child”, destined to be a statistic however had other plans in mind - she created her own destiny.

Her life journey has provided her with insight, intuition and innovation to become one of North America’s top mindset coaches, helping thousands reach their true potential.   Her inspiration and drive to help others has impacted many lives.  In fact, Stormy wants to impact 10k lives this year!

She continues to advocate for children in the foster care system and has even testified before the Senate on the issues and problems that children go through as well as sharing her experiences as a young child.

Her further goals are many - she would love to build a tiny home community for victims of domestic violence and also for homeless Veterans.  (I shared with her that I envision her on a TedEx stage in the very near future and yes; there is an application in the process!)

Stormy has risen from the ashes in a way that honors her journey, pushes and moves her forward and inspires others to take actions in their own lives.  She is NOT a statistic - she is THE DESTINY CREATOR!
