I take strategic initiatives and rapid growth opportunities from concept to implementation. Researching market needs and analyzing data, I create projections and conduct feasibility studies to determine requirements, organization fit, and profitability. If it is an idea worth pursuing, I develop detailed plans, secure resources and carry project through successful implementation in a timely manner.
Past projects include a billion dollar merger, strategic partnerships, start-up opportunities, breakthrough service offerings, even a new theme park. When I am not busy turning big concept ideas into reality at work, I am usually hiking, writing, or coaching hockey and lacrosse.
