Dena is the Host of "So This is Me Trying" Podcast. She works within the healthcare industry, is a fellow Jersey Girl (born in New Jersey) and is open and honest about her mental health struggles while trying to maintain a positive outlook. She loves music and is working on an autobiographical novel which I'm personally looking forward to! Dena is never afraid to tell it like it is and her outlook is genuine and notable. Oh--and the kids call her "Dena Pools"
