Truly in alignment

I found this podcast and it was truly Divinely sent. It was encouraging, thoughtful and practical in its advice plus Elaine’s level of openness is so engaging. I started with the episode on abundance as resistance but I’m going back to listen to more. I already do intentions but her exhortation to hold them for 78 seconds and then how to press in is going to help me level up my connection to the Divine and be in tune with the frequency of love. Highly recommend!
