So it appears I’m on Randall Emmett’s troublemaker list. So here I am causing havoc. Again…

Now let's address the elephant in my living room. I am unable to openly discuss all the details but I received a legal letter  week from Randall’s media Lawyer.

While I can't disclose specifics, I can say it came in response to a few questions I asked about a video and an audio recording I found online, details of which are in episode 10.

Well it escalated to the point where Randall and his legal team felt the need to send me a sternly-written letter.

But what I can share is my response to them: I made no such accusation about Mr Emmett, I went out of my way to be fair to him…If I can't confirm it, I will not run it. I also don't appreciate your bullying tone.

I may or may not have taken a shot at them because Randall’s publicist for working for Weinstein. As Lala said on the VPR reunion.

So there you go. I’m on their shit list.

Meanwhile, I have sought legal advice from my lawyers who understand the complexities of the situation. 

But here’s one legal threat I can talk about in full. As we know, Jax Taylor is owed $75k by Randall.

But here’s the twist - his lawyers will contact  me, however, but they will not reply to Jax’s counsel. So he’s back to begging Fofty aka 50 Cent for help.

Now on to Lala, she was on Kristen Doute’s podcast earlier this month:

Lala: Yeah, I kind of blew my mind. Well, I consider myself one of the lucky ones. I've had many people come to me and share their stories about him. And again, I've said this multiple times. Their stories are not mine to tell.

Lala: Amy Kaufman, one of the writers for LA Times like she says at the very end, like, we're not done with this.

Right.

Lala: Like, that's the the documentary ends with. This is not the ending. This is a little closing of this part of the chapter, and the new chapter's about to begin.

Luke Kristen’s BF: (This is) kind of sensitive, but do you ever have concerns, you know, with the shared custody, like when she's with them about what she's exposed to being with him now?

Lala: I get very concerned. It keeps me up at night and the only thing I really have.

Is it's so funny. My mom gets these things that pop up for narcissism and it's like a quote of the day and also like how to deal with a narcissist. And at the very end of it, she was reading it to me and it said you have to find relief in a higher power. And like that is one thing because I don't have any control right now. I'm in the battle of not only my life but for Ocean's life and I have to just believe that.

There's something greater that is going to protect her.
