If there's anyone who's been through long years of leadership, it would be Joe - Chairman, Board, CEO, COO and more! He shares the foundations of their organization and the importance of integrating the Christian faith into the work. Although the journey was difficult for him, Joe recounts how the organization not only encouraged him, but also changed him, resulting in a paradigm shift in the way he runs his business and lives his life.
Alex also emphasizes the importance of bridging faith and work. He advises taking a sabbatical to rest and reflect on what you've done, with the advice of other members of the organization. The benefits of taking a sabbatical will have a significant impact on your life, your business, your relationships with people and with God. It is even more important to incorporate prayer into your work, starting with a prayer of gratitude, followed by Bible reading, prayer, and journaling. It not only changes him from within, but also keeps him grounded at all times.
Alex talks about some of the big challenges in his life. What did he learn the most from all of this? It's being a trained warrior if you were to represent God in the marketplace. Alex believes his purpose in life is to deepen his relationship with God and to praise and worship him at all times. As significant as it may seem, he believes in sharing this relationship with others around him.
