Samantha has spoken at events, delivered workshops, and consulted with schools across the globeโSydney, London, across Asia, and throughout the US. She has been an educator, district administrator, charter school board member, policy analyst and researcher, and was the founding SME and first-ever Experience Management (XM) Scientist for K-12 Education at Qualtrics. Samantha has presented at the Carnegie Foundation Summit on Improvement in Education, AERA, the Maryland Connections Summit, and the Annual Bryce Canyon Society Deming Forum.ย
Samantha earned an A.B. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and an M.S.Ed. in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. She has completed additional certification programs: Education Policy Fellowship Program sponsored by the Institute for Educational Leadership, Harvard Strategic Data Project Summer Institute for Leadership in Analytics, and Global Education Entrepreneurship & Innovation at PennGSE.ย
A Baltimore native, Samantha is a member of Baltimore Area Evaluators, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and is the Sanford School of Public Policy Representative on the Duke Baltimore Board of Directors.
