Jennifer Mrzlack

President of PSG Energy Group

Jennifer originally joined PSG in 2017 as the Director of Sales & Project Management and was promoted to President in January 2020. She leads business and project development and manages the design, engineering and operations team. On a daily basis, she provides support to the internal team, channel partners, financing partners and PSG clients. She has played an integral role in the 30+ MW of solar installed and under construction by PSG across 80 sites in the Midwest.
 
Jennifer’s experience crosses a diverse background comprised of renewable energy, HVAC, power transmission equipment and consumer product goods. Her former employment included managing project and change management initiatives at H.J. Heinz Company as well being a co-founder for an organic consumer products company in Pittsburgh where she led fundraising and board development efforts. Prior to attending business school, Jennifer’s technical experience includes being an application engineer, technical sales engineer and manager of quality, assembly and continuous improvement departments at industrial manufacturers.
