Be Selfish | It is okay to Self Care

In this Episode we talk about being selfish and putting your mask on first in the plane. There is a reason they tell you to do that on a plane, the simple truth is you are no good to anyone if you don't. You can't help anyone else if you are passed out in the plane and you can't help anyone else if you are used up like a dead battery.

It is time to learn to say NO to other people and yes to your own self-care. You are not only allowed to take care of yourself, but you really need to. Some people will call you a selfish person, a jerk or even an ass when you learn to say no, but they were never really your people anyway.

As Dogberry said "I am an ass!"

Just because someone said it doesn't make it true, he was a good man and so are you. Put on your oxygen first, then maybe you can do some good for others too!
