As a man, myself approaching my golden years, and having made so many mistakes and poor choices in my life, I am on my own personal journey, to better myself, hopefully to recapture my manhood before I leave this earth. This podcast and the host, Brent have opened up a whole new world for me for self improvement, healing, self-confidence, self-worth, and how to treat others in the way that I would like to be treated.
