Another day, more shade thrown at Los Angeles Lakers rookie Bronny
James. We’re not even a couple games into NBA Summer League and
how hypocritical the national sports media is of James Jr. I never seen
this much hate towards a nineteen-year old player since… You guessed
it LeBron James Sr in his highly anticipated debut twenty-one seasons
ago.
The unfair criticism has become a talking point for sports pundits as
they’ve found weasel room to throw strays for James Jr’s lack of size
and shot making abilities. Oh, it gets better folks: “the Lakers wasted a
second round pick for nothing.” Alright, allow me to interject and
defend James Jr in the best way possible.
He is adjusting to the speed of NBA basketball, while finding his
shooting form. For a young man who’s a year removed from cardiac
arrest and the media HAS YET TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THIS! The
ignorance of national sports media is disgusting. Everyone is acting like
he’s supposed to walk on the court and dominate Summer League.

James Jr will find his form but knows his defense will give him a greater
advantage for a guard. He missed a game over the weekend and people
lost their minds. “Load management at its best; like father, like son.”
First, it was a precautionary measure to reduce the swelling in his knee.
Sports content creators had a field day and took their pettiness to new
heights by spewing a false narrative. Again, grown men out here
bashing a nineteen year-old kid who’s not bothering a soul. Due to his
last name, people will have more agendas to push down our throats.
It’s no different than the “other agenda” that we’ve heard all our

Bronny James will cancel out the noise like his Beats by Dre earbuds
and continue to play basketball. He doesn’t care what you think about
him; I like this young man’s mentality. Already ignoring the media’s
perception of him, which is nothing new under the sun. You see, I’ve
seen this feature film multiple times. Just like the national sports media
did with James Sr, build him up and when he fails to live up to their
dark, twisted fantasies, they’ll tear him down layer by layer.
For now, James Jr is a ROOKIE AND THE 55 TH PICK! Everyone needs to go
somewhere and lay down. I know you clout chase for a check and find
outlandish takes to create content. There’s no reason to discredit a kid
whose career was nearly taken from him. The national sports media is
thirsty for content and any quote to use against him. What a sick and
twisted society we live in but whatever helps you collect a few dollars to spread false narratives. Your objective is to continue the “agenda”

Lakers win. There’s no need to rush or hurry his development; it’ll take
time. When his name is called into the lineup, he’ll have his moment to
