A brutally honest discussion on whether Nashville is truly a new entertainment hub or just another overhyped scene. The film industry in Nashville is growing at an incredible pace, and as a filmmaker, it’s exciting to witness and be a part of this movement. More productions are choosing Music City as their backdrop, bringing new opportunities for creatives, from indie filmmakers to major studios. With its rich storytelling culture and expanding resources, Nashville is quickly becoming a serious player in the film world. My last film, And On That Day, had the honor of being showcased at festivals like the Manhattan Film Festival, The Tennessee Film Festival, and The Golden Door Festival, among others. Seeing the industry thrive here makes me even more inspired to create and contribute to this rising film scene.
