Why I'm supporting The Late Discovered Club
The Late Discovered Club podcast has been enlightening for me personally, and is also a resource I refer many of my clients to, particularly female clients in their 40s and 50s who are beginning to explore whether neurodivergence holds answers to questions and struggles they have been carrying for years. I’m a great believer that awareness, education, and community can collectively affect change. The work that Catherine and Caty have progressed in this field, and the difference they are making, is to be admired and supported. It was a no-brainer for me to become part of the community and support this important work.
About my business / work:
Executive Coaching for Leadership, Life & Legacy
I have the privilege of working with senior leaders from a whole variety of organisations and sectors, helping them to lead with intention, live with purpose and energy, and ultimately create a professional legacy that matters to them. It’s a partnership; a trusted ally by the side of leaders helping them navigate the thrills and spills of professional life, whilst exploring self, generating momentum, and making the changes they desire. Also working with me are a small team of hand-selected team of coaches, all brilliant in their own fields of work with leaders and managers. Together we aim to make a different that matters to the professional and personal lives of our clients.
About me:
Professionally, I’m an executive coach, mentor, partner and advisor, with 2 decades of success at director level in corporate settings, and several years running my coaching and consultancy practice. I'm an author of two books and a qualified nutritional therapist. I love my work and helping my clients to succeed and thrive. In recent times I’ve become a trustee of our local food bank, supporting the critical work they do to support the most vulnerable in our community.
Personally, I’m a great lover of our beautiful countryside and I'm out walking every morning, come rain or shine with my dog, Lexi. I gravitate towards the simpler things in life and treasure family, friends, home, and a lovely cup of peppermint tea.
