A 6 week online zoom support group for late discovered autistic women, wherever you are on your journey, and wherever you are in the world, and self-identification inclusive.
A place to share stories and experiences, explore your late-discovery journey and to connect with other late discovered women. We'll explore our experiences around themes such as late discovery, masking, burnout, and our sensory, emotional and cognitive worlds and each week will be focused on a specific theme with the opportunity for all participants to talk about their own experiences.

A 6 week online zoom support group for late discovered autistic women, exploring our social and relational worlds post discovery. A place to share stories and experiences, and to connect with other late discovered women from across the world.
We'll explore our experiences around themes related to work, home, family, friends, past relationships and our future relationships as we navigate our new rediscovered work and each week will be focused on a specific theme with the opportunity for all participants to talk about their own experiences.

In this interactive 1.5 hour session on zoom, Catherine will share and talk through her Frequency Circle Tool - a tool Catherine has developed as part of her 'Rediscovered' Toolkit and show you how you can use the 12 'S' of the frequency circle in your every day life to help you reconnect to your autistic self and better tune into what helps you thrive.

Come and join us for the first in this monthly zoom Fam(Ally) Series with award winning author Pete Wharmby and Founder of The Late Discovered Club Catherine Asta.
As part of this series, together they will be exploring all autism and audhd with families, loved ones, friends, neighbours, co-workers, and anyone who is curious and wants to learn more about autism and audhd, so that they can better support and understand their loved one, family member, or someone who is a part of their world.
In this 1.5 hour zoom event they will explore neurodiversity and the aim is that you will leave the session with a better understanding of what the term means, and how it applies to autism and audhd.

In this zoom event we will explore EMDR and we'll focus on what it is, how it works and how it can be adapted for autistic people.
Dr Maria Daves is a Consultant Counselling Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working therapeutically in mental health settings and with Neurodivergent people. Dr Maria provides Adolescent (16 plus) and Adult Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments and therapeutic support to Autistic and ADHD people.
Dr Maria has experience in the National Health Service and private organisations, as well as her private practice in Surrey. She is a warm and compassionate individual and a Neurodivergent person who has dedicated her career to working in this field.

A place to share the highs, lows and everything in between - connect with others in our community and feel a sense of belonging in small breakout rooms. The zoom link is shared in our monthly community news and over in our mighty online community space.
