Calm voice of validation, reassurance and hope

Receiving my AuDHD diagnosis on my 40th birthday was the best present I could have imagined. After living under the fogginess of overwhelming confusion for four decades, the diagnosis dawned a sunshiny new beginning. I was elated to have this clearer understanding for my experiences, but on many days since, the clarity has felt too overwhelmingly bright and painful at times too. Listening to Catherine’s gentle conversations with other late diagnosed autistic and neurodivergent people has been a calm voice of validation, reassurance and hope and I’m so grateful to have found this podcast.
