Hi! I'm Alissa Hsu Lynch (pronounced Ah-LEE-sah Sue Linch), and I’m a former professional modern dancer who reinvented herself as a global business leader at industry giants including Johnson & Johnson and Google. Over my 25+ year business career as an Asian American executive and board director, I’ve learned how to overcome barriers and define success on my own terms.
With The Leadership Dance podcast, I want to create a space for people who don't look like, think like, or may not want to be like the traditional leaders of the past. The C-suites and boardrooms of corporate America still don't reflect the diversity of our workforce and customers, and I’m on a mission to change that. I'll be interviewing trailblazing CEOs, entrepreneurs, and creatives alike, who are breaking barriers in the arts and business worlds. Join the conversation as we explore the art of leadership, identity, overcoming self doubt, busting barriers, and how to choreograph your own leadership dance.
Follow and join the email list to be the first to find out about new podcast episodes. I'd also appreciate it if you would leave a review if you like what you hear!
